Credit Card Fraud

i recently authored an article titled, 'Other Person's Money,' and published it to; the article makes public the fact that my father had recently discovered fraudulent charges on his business AMEX account. this is the business, BTW, which i've been required to work at two days a week of late.

my father, while i was under his employ in the past, has already seen similar fraudulent charges to his personal checking account.

furthermore, and going back to around 2002 time frame or so, his personal social circles associated with federal and local law enforcement were those most utilized as informant/operatives in the ongoing investigation; i have this on word of personal family friends and relatives.

that considered, and also, since the AMEX account statement clearly indicates these most recent fraudulent charges were made *directly* after I myself had used his card for a previously agreed upon purchase; therefore, it goes without saying that i was more than a bit intrigued to see what the purchases could be for.

in the above mentioned, past written article regarding 'other persons money,' ... i commented casually that i was not to alarmed as of yet at having heard of the fraudulent charges.

i go on to say, however ... and this is, mind you, back on march 6, that i would grow a bit more concerned should we ultimately find that the charges were for $200.00 worth of women's clothing or something unusual like that. since i've known for some time that the persons behind the investigation have been trying to force the appearance of my having issues around sexual identity.

my exact words in the article:

"For the record, I've not been too alarmed by the appearance of fraudulent charges on my father's credit card as I've pretty much done my homework regarding the necessary task of making my previous credit card purchases quite public. Also, for the most part, I shop strictly at thrift stores and it's not likely that I would ever be associated with purchases made from Old Navy or Target ... unless of course it was something strange like buying 200.00 worth of women's panties or some such oddity; if that latter bit turns out to be the case, then my alarm flags really will be thrown for a loop! " -- from, Other Person's Money

well, today is march 31st ... and i've been hard at work on the phone with AMEX and Old Navy Online (where the purchases were made) and as it turns out ... my bit of humorous commentary was exactly spot on: according to Old Navy's fraud department, the charges were indeed for girls and women's undergarments and apparel in general.

i've since notified my father of my findings, and as well will be investigating the other remaining fraudulent charges as well.

all in all, the charges were made at old navy (the same day i made computer related purchases) and at target online, several days earlier.

my point is, and regarding possible future incrimination of myself that has as an objective the creation of appearances making me look sexually confused.

what do you think a court or judge would say if my home was raided and (lo and behold!), a cache of young girls and women's undergarments were found in my closet? my garage? the empty boxes on top of my shelves?

the answer should be self evident and exactly as that objective described in a guaranteed and legally mandated course into a relatively invasive suite of psychiatric and neurological tests.

i will be posting further findings as we investigate the remainder of the recent fraudulent charges.

unfortunately, neither AMEX or Old Navy would provide the shipping address applied to the online charges.

it makes since, no? if someone orders something online, then wouldn't they need to provide a shipping address?

more later!

My New Bank Account

(this article was written on 3/31/07)

not wanting to continue with the occasional borrowing of family members cards for the rare necessary online purchase, i've broken down and acquired a bank account.

this is shaky territory for me.

i haven't had a bank account for about five years. about that same period of time during which, from late 2001 and on, i've been involved in the legal efforts discussed in

bank accounts and especially their associated debit cards are totally vulnerable to misuse and especially dangerous to have laying around when there's a local and federal investigation intent on manipulating facts to achieve personal gain.

in other words, checking accounts leave a person wide open to wrongful incrimination.

regardless, with a few hard usage rules set and with such rules made public, the chances of misuse will be greatly diminished. and if such misuse still occurs, i'll at least have the beginnings of an argumentative base in my own defense.

regarding misuse and considering the types of experience i've seen in the past, the most probable sort of misuse would be for an operative within the investigation, either officially or even an informant, to swipe the card number and then use it, of course, to sign up for some sort of online pay-for-porn site; this is the most obvious sort of misuse and it's already been attempted in the past only the charges were applied to my father's company checking account.

speaking of my father's account ... he's recently seen even more fraudulent charges made to his account, this time purchasing women's underwear (!!!) and apparently the charges were made the very same day i personally borrowed his card to make an online computer hardware purchase.

anyway, and speaking specifically of my new checking account, other sorts of charges to my personal account could also include: purchases of sex toys and/or other erotica, purchases of women's clothes, etc., signing up for dating services, or anything else, generally, which would include a tack towards sexual content.

those things considered, here's the conditions i've set for myself and the usage of my new personal checking account:

1. the checking account will always have a balance of $1.00 to $3.00 in it. (this cuts down on the chances of any purchases being made without my knowledge).

2. the only time money totaling over $1.00 to $3.00 will be introduced to the account is when i have a specific and exceptional need to purchase something online. in such a case i will deposit to my checking account, exactly that amount necessary for the purchase; secondly, i will then transfer that exact amount to my pay pal account and finally, make the purchase using pay pal. upon completion of that process, my checking account should be left with only $1.00 to $3.00 in it.

3. i will never make any online purchase with my checking account/debit account directly; i will always first transfer the necessary funds to my pay pal account and make the final purchase via pay pal.

(tedious, i know, but if you'd been through what i've been through ...)

anyway ... the importance of this blog entry can't be emphasized enough. *the* number one tool in the hands of those investigators wishing to end the investigation on their terms is wrongful incrimination.

as discussed in the 'anatomy of a setup' section of, the incrimination MUST include online activity and it MUST give rise to questions of sexual deviance and/or confusion.

a checking account makes all sorts of such incrimination attempts more easily realized and therefore my need to publicly discuss something so trivial as ... yes ... the obtaining of a personal checking account.

for all of you who have not read my main site,, i encourage you to do so now.

Friday, March 30, 2007 -> Hard Candy!

just a heads up that i've added a bit more content to an article at my main website; the article is titled, "C.A.R.E" ...

in the article i discuss a long ago instance of harassment by the local sheriff's department where they had a certain billboard installed just across the street from my employer at the time. the billboard was advertising a supposed program for the recovery/treatment of sex offenders and specifically those offenses involving children.

anyway, the article discusses quite openly how for years i've known that the investigation against me, primarily and as a simple smear campaign, and especially a simple and very effective way of generating community hysteria, had propagated rumors into communities (and also into the investigation itself) of pedophilia and sexual issues with minors in general.

a near hollywood-like and totally cliche' major media fear-inducing emotional sound byte (for those of you in the local Houston area, just think channel 13 "PREDATOR WATCH!")

also in the article, i discuss the above mentioned element of supposed pedophilia on my part and how it has played such a dramatic and devastating role in the social fallout i've seen resulting from having had such rumors propagated.

furthermore, and this is the point of this blog entry, i cite a somewhat deliciously classic example of one type of regular harassment i see which was spawned off of a particular movie i had rented and just watched.

you can read the entire article if you like, including the formerly mentioned very much ancient history event involving the C.A.R.E billboard at my main site, by following THIS LINK.

if you just want to read the bit about recent online harassment (though don't get the wrong idea, it doesn't bother me at all anymore), you can read the rest of this blog entry where i will replicate the pertinent details.

Hard Candy!

I recently purchased a DVD which sounded just a bit to provocative and strange to resist, it's called Hard Candy.

Said plainly, it's about a pedophile/child predator who gets figured out (and held accountable for his actions) by a 13 year old girl.

I'll just say right out; I think the movie rocks.

The girl stages an elaborate bait operation, using herself as bait, and once in a private setting within the perv's home, she drugs him and then, through a variety of psychological means, tortures him into exposing the facts of his past and present.

It's a creepy but good movie. I enjoyed it even though I was quite a bit disturbed by it.

Here's a review page at rotten tomato: Hard Candy

In the movie, the little girl who gets the bad guy, the 13 year old pedophile vigilante is named, "Haley."

Remember that last bit ... cause it's important for what comes next ...

That said, as soon as I had finished watching the movie, my yahoo main inbox received an incoming message.

I thought nothing of it.

I checked my yahoo email inbox and the incoming message had been moved to the [spam] folder; upon looking, i found an email from a sender named, "Haley." It was a random bit of spam mail professing the value of using credit cards and guaranteeing me a secured 1500.00 dollar credit line.

Again, the sender was "Haley." The exact name of the cute little 13 year old who I had just watched torture a probably deserving pedophile in the movie, Hard Candy.

Coincidence? A freak event? Dumb luck?

Maybe so ... but not likely.

Anyway, I personally chose to call this gang stalking harassment whether it's provable or not.

It's a perfect example of how extensive surveillance can be used to form new harassment scenarios and constantly taunt a victim/target with ongoing sensory triggers which are simply meant to get across a simple message: we're watching.

Anyway, my days of being bothered by such antics are well behind me, but I thought it would make good reading here in this article which discusses recent street theatre and stalking tactics.

Again, Hard Candy; a good movie and worth seeing again.

Womanly Wants?

this is a brief recap of a recent article i did on my main site, which further discusses and makes public the possibility of incrimination attempts which would force appearances of my having some sort of sexual identity confusion.

the main article that i reference above is viewable at my main site and is entitled "Womanly Wants."

as far as the investigation goals ... and specifically the very dominant tack towards the behavior science side of things ... this is a long known desire of the investigators.

considering that the primary goal of the investigation is to introduce me to court mandated therapy and or a court mandated, long term (3 months, etc.) alternative sentencing scenario involving forced therapeutic investigation of the supposed issues ... a fabricated bit of circumstances which makes me look criminally interested in sexual fetishes such as cross dressing ... or simply some sort of object attraction to women's clothing, would simply be a knockout home run for the investigators who desire such alternative sentencing.

i mean, think about it. an adult male who is discovered to be breaking into women's homes and stealing only said woman's panties ... what would a judge say? jail? or ... jail and then a good healthy, long term dose of psychiatric evaluations?

or, better yet ... an adult male who steals a credit card and makes online purchases but only purchases halter tops and a few blouses with maybe a nighty thrown in for good measure. what would a judge or jury recommend? jail? maybe. but more likely ... a good healthy dose of long term psychiatric evaluations.

!!!!! edited 3/31, jbh. !!!!!

That last bit, written at the time as only hypothetical, i mean credit card fraud involving purchases of women's clothing, is not really so hypothetical anymore!

as mentioned in, my main site, my father, whose social circles have been the one's most utilized as an operative base in the investigation, a couple months ago saw fraudulent charges appear on his AMEX card. as mentioned HERE, in a particular article i wrote in the past, i was not too alarmed but i would begin to be more suspect if later we found out the charges were for women's clothing or something strange like that because then that could possibly play into my much discussed knowledge that the investigators wish to cast me in some sort of sexually confused light ... or at least create the appearance of such confusions of sexuality through the planting of evidence, etc.

well today ... i made some progress with my research with old navy online's fraud department and it was reported to me that indeed the 200+ dollars worth of purchases were indeed purchases of 'women's, girls and infants' clothing and/or apparel.

to good to be true, huh!

anyway, the additional knowledge of 'infants' clothing makes some sort of twisted since as well because i've also written extensively of my knowledge that the investigators have, in the past, attempted to force the appearance of 'infantile aggressive' behavior patterns. biting, playing with feces, oral fixations ... you know, run of the mill psych 101 stuff. read this article, HERE, to view my comments on the infantile aggressive angle.

!!!!! edited, 3.31.07, jbh !!!!!

i'm not trying to be funny. this is serious business here.

anyway ... it's only hypothesis on my part ... based primarily on discussions i've had with person's that have come forward from my long term personal social circles to discuss with me their personal knowledge of the investigation.

according to them, ... some such forced impression of my having such, er, how to say ... confusions ... is high on the investigators list because once introduced to a judicial setting, the outcome should be obvious ...

anyway, i've wanted to begin replicating a bit of what i've already published to on the chance that any sort of incrimination attempt should be successful in the near future; i'm sure if this happened a subsequent goal of the investigators would be to find some way to legally mandate that my main site,, be shut down.

that considered, and since is my only real tool in combating the possibility of such incrimination attempts (see Detonation Events, at, i'll sleep easier knowing there are two instances of the same general data/concerns available.

New contract web project: initial client meeting

as discussed in, one primary goal of the investigation agasint me, and this goes way back to my BBS days, is to somehow force the appearance of my being a computer criminal.

this could involve hacking and phone phreaking (which the BBS i ran for so long was dedicated too) or this could involve illegal porn or online financial fraud or identity theft or (you name it, really) any number of other types of abuse of the internet.

however, i still do, on occasion, take the random side project as a means of supplemental income.

that said and considering the facts made public in, it's a pretty serious event when i decide to take on a contract project involving web development. especially since the investigation discussed in wishes to bring attention/charges to me involving computer crime.

i have to walk with a light and very public step when approaching such opportunities.

today saw the initial client meeting of just such a new project.

i met with representatives of a certain company to discuss the beginning steps towards completing a rather small web presence project for them.

we discussed initial starting content, project cost and a very loose deadline.

this blog entry simply makes public that such a project has been initiated and that it will not include any criminal actions on my part.

it's rather funny reading this, i know ... but if you read my main site, you'll understand why such a frank and, well, rather strange public statement must be made.

the types of criminal activity possible when dealing with client/server projects on the internet are simply enormous.

for instance, since i'm doing this development work, i will be privy to this companies internal web server login name and password.

this means that should any criminal activity arise around this companies web server in the future, i would be the main person approached for initial questioning.

that's why, as a matter of course, i am stipulating with all such companies that i am not at all interested in an ongoing website support role and that i simply would like to get their project done and then hand the updating resonsibility off to another person who is a full time member of the company.

furthermore, after my role is complete, it will be my habit to brief the company representatives on the wisdom of changing their login password so that i (or any other developer they may be working with, will not be privy to their private data).

regarding how such a server could be mis-used? the possibilities are endless.

here's just a few examples:

a person with said companies log in creditials and with the appropriate technological knowledge could easily acheive the following:

  1. set up a hidden FTP server where other users could log on to download pirated software or other digital content such as pornographic images or otherwise.

  2. install trojans or other malware within server directories to launch hack attacks against other computers on the internet (denial of service attacks, etc.)

  3. use the server storage space as an archive location (again, FTP, but on a more personal note) for various sorts of contraband that said person might not want on his/her local computer (porn, stolen intellectual property, etc.)

and the list could go on and on.

and so, for the record ... i simply need to make a daily note that this initial meeting took place.

i'll update this blog as the project nears completion.

this post is intended to be supplemental to the facts made public in my main website,; it probably will not make much sense to you if you have not already made yourself aware of the legal and personal efforts discussed in that site. please see for a necessary introduction into why this blog exists. or, if you just like reading wierd stuff, then don't. and, enjoy.

------------------------------------------------------- Why a Blog?

everybodies reading blogs. i don't, personally. but most persons i run into out there, do.

my main site,, has been constructed specifically to make public the facts of a local and federal investigation of myself.

i was required to author the site due to the fact that the investigation was using questionable tactics necessary to wrongfully incriminate me and as well tactics designed to portray me as a person suffering from rather cliche' and popular definitions of various types of mental illness.

the primary tactic model used by the investigators is, and has been, tactics congruent to those used by gang stalking operations and vigilante-style community watch groups; the general goal being to induce the outward appearance of a person being mentally ill and/or, a person whose claims of being under investigation should be immediately dismissed as some sort of mental illness or abberation of thought.

that said ...

the history of my circumstances and as well my own legal efforts to prove such circumstances true can be found in great detail at i would encourage you to spend much time at that site before expecting to understand anything written in this daily blog.

Why a blog?

And, so ... considering I already have a rather extensive website devoted to publishing the facts of my circumstance? Why is a blog necessary?

The answer is that a blog, typically, is a daily account. An overall and mostly loose discussion of daily events as opposed to a clinical and methodically exact account. It's a rant. A commentary or a tirade ... but not necessarily a clinical analysis.

my main site,, attempts to portray a clinical analysis of past and currently occurring events while this blog will merely record daily events, thoughts and occurences which may, at some later date be incorporated as portions of later exact and factual analysis' made public on

i'm always thinking, always seeing or experiencing something new which may or may not bear creedence to the facts made public in; a blog is a good way to make those bits and peices of forming material public ... while all the while, making clear, ... these are mostly new thoughts ... these things just happened, i just heard this or saw this and so, i'm not sure what to call it just yet or where to incorporate it in my overall legal efforts ... but thought that it should go on public record nonetheless.

that's why i'm creating the blog.

this post is intended to be supplemental to the facts made public in my main website,; it probably will not make much sense to you if you have not already made yourself aware of the legal and personal efforts discussed in that site. please see for a necessary introduction into why this blog exists. or, if you just like reading wierd stuff, then don't. and, enjoy.
