Not Going Postal

the title is supposed to be humorous...

but also a bit polemical in a since that it brings to fore the oft-mentioned desire of the investigators to cast me in some sort of violent or potentially violent light.

this bit about violence and the near mystical claim of certain behavioral science officials that they have methods of predicting violence is of utmost importance to the investigator's goals.

couple such an impression with a simulteaneous indication of being attracted to inappropriately aged women and jeezy-peezy!, the mandated psychiatric evaluation would sure need to be thorough!

i'm trying to treat very serious material with a humorous slant, so please excuse ... but the bottom line is this: to get legal mandate of any kind, be it for forced psychiatric evaluations or otherwise ... the investigation absolutely MUST create a circumstance in my life which then gives cause for a 'professional' of some kind to Officially(tm) say: "he is potentially a harm to himself or others"

those are the magic words; those words are the keys to the proverbial kingdom.

without those words, uttered by a psychiatric professional, whispered into the ear of a judge or jury, the investigation has nothing when it comes to the ultimate goal of forcing the investigation's end along lines that place me into the jurisdiction of the legal system.

therefore, ... thought i'd just say, and especially considering the amount of very real and literal duress that has been brought on by the investigation over the years, my solution to this problem is one based on reason, writing and always whatever available legal and civil actions i might employ.

it's a well known fact that person's who have been horribly mistreated, especially if devoid of any real emotional and spiritual foundation ... can and do act out. some times these outbursts are violent (think recent school shootings for instance), sometimes they are not.

personally, though at times i have likened my situation to torture of a sort and though the circumstances have, at times, been unbelievably violent towards me, i still insist that the only way to address the matter is via reason and regular legal action.

in popular cases involving violent behavior, we often hear from the investigators, after a crime has already been committed, things of this order: "We should have payed more attention to the warning signs," or, this: "Others had tried to let officials know they were worried about his/her behavior, but nothing ever came of it because what they reported wasn't serious enough," and the list goes on.

personally, i've written at length of the investigators ongoing attempts to build a string of such indicators that could be pointed back to once some successful incrimination is played out: from creating the illusion of so-called 'infantile aggressive' episodes, to the planting of evidence which, in retrospect would seem to indicate gender confusion.

there is a growing trend among psychiatric and neurological professionals which is slowly attempting to orient those respective fields in a collaborative race towards the holy grail of behavioral science: predicting human behavior.

related to my own circumstances, as described at my main site, jbhfile.com ... i can only imagine that such topics might be viewed as professionally glamorous or desirable among forensic psychiatry professionals as subject matter for their ongoing work.

how this factors into the investigation against me, and as written about before: the investigators feel they can apply this sort of methodology to myself and very much wish an end to the investigation that allows them unrestrained mandate in seeing to their professional curiosity.

a certain person, a long time personal friend who has periodically given me knowledge of her awareness of the investigators goals has even gone so far as to say that her opinion in this case was that 'the therapists needed a therapist.' that's a direct quote, by the way.

her point was that a near obsessive quality had overtaken certain of the persons involved in the behavioral science (forensic psychiatrists, etc.) grouping and that was why the tactics of wrongful incrimination and covert druggings had been employed. that this was the only way the specialists acting as participants in the investigation could gain the accolades they felt necessary to justify their years of effort.

in other words, whether the claims of my behavior were true or not, they had already made up their minds to make the claims appear true, return on an investment and all that. and the only way to do that, considering the rather benign character of my daily social life, is through wrongful incrimination.

...

and no. i'm not schizophrenic.

just aware.
