Prepared sealant/mastic clay for eventual use to seal all of WESTMONT home external window frames; waiting for dry day to first wash/strip loose material on first window set
Checked/renewed various for sale listings online (DAD Dreo AC/JOEL laptop, surfboard, etc.)
Began basic plan for presenting DAD financial status across various investment positions on a weekly basis to help with his problems accessing said investment banks online portals
