• Phone call to Rusk County clerks office requesting information re: process of obtaining current certified copies of complete deed history associated with Henderson property

• Reviewed and electronically signed FIDELITY annuity checklist and confirmation documents; printed FIDELITY Agreement/Consent Electronic Consent documents and archived on cloud server

• Drafted letter to Rusk Count Clerks Office requesting certified copies of the complete deed history related to TOMMY Henderson property

• Researched completed deed history related to Henderson property via Rusk County records search, printed complete reference deed history to be mailed with certification copy request to Rusk County Clerks office via USPS mail.

• Phone call from TOMMY req I put deposit booklet in mailbox for him to pick up so he can make an on the fly deposit; took deposit booklet to mailbox per request

• Emailed TOMMY TRUST ATTY confirming sit down meeting date

• Researched further Henderson property information, found three of the MANY most pertinent uncertified documents and printed for ATTY review

• Scanned lates Rusk County property tax appraisal letter for ATTY review

• Compiled all researched Rusk County property information and other documents specifically requested by TOMMY attorney and forwarded to Attorney

• Direct phone call to TOMMY past attorney searching for his previoius established will information.
