• Inputted all new Quickbooks invoices/payments/bills/checks/deposits

• Received and filed hard copy CoH water statement; filed in TOMMY office cabinet

• Scanned CAPBNK TOMMY shares distribution doc

• Drove to CAP BNK and delivered signed shares doc to representative

• Received JOEL contract check; bank to cash/deposit

• Received JOEL new camping/beach cart equipment prelim setup/tests/waterproofing of tent

• Conv with CAPBANK rep re handoff of document; discovered second “affidavit” document which TOMMY needs to have notarized and to be delivered with other document. 

• Contacted legal firm to setup prelim discovery meetings via Zoom or otherwise to discovery more about TOMMY trust establishment around East TX property and other assets. Left message.

• Left message with trust attorney and also emailed regarding the arrangement of a prelim discovery meeting to discuss TOMMY desire for property related trust establishment

• Received second, affidavit document from CAP BANK rep for TOMMY to notarize

• Printed CAP BANK affidavit and left out for TOMMY discussion and notary work

• Received call back from LEGAL folk re: TOMMY trust discovery session; confirmed call back from attorney on 04/02/26
