I'm finding that the request process will require a string of subsequent requests based on what the HPD/MHD decided to "redact" or "blackout."
Par for the proverbial: the only portion redacted by HPD/MHD was the *SPECIFIC REASON FOR ASSESSMENT* ... as clearly indicated by the redacted/blacked out portion of the below records response.
It's normal. I'll likely have to send/re send multiple requests.
