• cleaned bath and vacuumed, mopped housewide floors

• Inputted all new Quickbooks invoices/payments/bills/checks/deposits

• Phone call with TOMMY briefly discussing his girlfriends phone options; discussed Clear Caption and that it’s primarily for deaf with a voice to text display as the highlight feature and does not feature overly large buttons/etc. To make physical ease of use/visuals much better than ordinary phone.

• Sent email to DARYN at UPFORBEES with entire ROI document requesting all necessary pre-contractual data to supply to TOMMY legal team once legal team is established to handle the possibilities of bees on HENDERSON property post trust establishment

• Sent email to JEN at FIDELITY requesting confirmation of time for JOEL/TOMMY joint call to discuss TOMMY annuity investment options

• Researched JOEL personal life logging VLOG camera’s and tested cheap/test camera’s already on hand

• Conference call TOMMY/JOEL/FIDELITY rep discussing current state of Fidelity’s compound interest premium annuity options; settled all matters and scheduled finalization call for end of this work week.

• Per TOMMY request, retrieved OCT 2025 loan/terms agreement document associated with certain HTIRE company loan recipient for time stamp information and check on due dates/overdue status/etc. Provided hard copy of digitally archived document to TOMMY with note “CAN SHRED”.

• Conversation with TOMMY re: setting discovery session date with legal council around estate management subjects. Planned for call to legal office this week and ultimate scheduling of discovery meeting for week from now (approx).
