WED 03/25/26 - ACTIVITY LOG


  • cleaned bath and vacuumed, mopped housewide floors

  • Inputted all new Quickbooks invoices/payments/bills/checks/deposits

  • Emailed CLYLE at TGS single new work invoice

  • Per Alvia request, generated latest Jacinto Port statement and emailed to payables department at Jacinto Port, copying one other person at payables

  • Phone call with Ausrion/Amazon insurance representative to discuss minor error with recent JOEL submitted claim on small electronics item; resolved issue with Asurion rep successfully

  • Received Asurion redemption funds for previous claim on failed ozone generator

  • Phone call with TOMMY request for most recent TGS invoice for a new 20.5x25; sourced said invoice (from 12/2025) and scanned/messaged to TOMMY for new invoice pricing verification

  • At shop from 12 noon to 2pm covering for TOMMY out on personal matters
